About us

 The Story:

Vicken Armoudjian is the owner of C & J CAD Services in Toronto — an insured, multi-skilled vendor supporting property managers, realtors, and homeowners with reliable repairs, maintenance, and cabinetry-related work.

Before moving to Canada, Vicken spent over 18 years in the signs industry, building a rare mix of craftsmanship and production discipline. He started with hands-on work like hand engraving, silkscreen printing, and sign manufacturing, then learned neon glass blowing—a trade that demands precision, patience, and consistency. Over time, he became a neon station supervisor, then launched his own neon workshop producing both high-volume neon signs and custom neon artwork. He also designed and assembled complete neon fabrication stations for other companies, helping them build efficient, organized production setups.

When LED technology replaced neon across the industry and demand shifted, Vicken chose not to stay tied to a shrinking niche. He pivoted by applying the same craftsmanship mindset to more future-proof technical work—operating CNC routers and later working on plastic molding line production machines—building new skills from the ground up.

After relocating to Canada to build a stronger future for his family, he further upgraded his training through CNC programming and CAD/CAM, then worked in cabinetry and millwork design, supporting both manufacturing and installation. C & J CAD Services began as a CAD-focused business (the name is inspired by his two sons) and evolved into what property managers and clients needed most: a dependable, multi-trade professional who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and completes work efficiently.
